Here at Chiltern, we strive to help and support every student to achieve their full potential. We offer a friendly, supportive environment to help you learn, so if you think that you might have difficulties or if you are struggling with any aspect of your course, we can offer help.

Our staff will be pleased to provide information, guidance and support. This is impartial, confidential and free to all current and prospective students.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries. Our student services staff are based in Reception on the ground floor and will arrange for you to meet with the member of staff who is most qualified to help with your needs.  Student Services staff where applicable also deal with your travel claims and DBS checks.
