Who Is This Qualification Suitable For?
The Award is designed for supervisors and first line managers who wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge. The Level 3 qualification in First Line Management has been developed for supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity, this qualification gives junior managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency.
What Are The Entry Requirements?
There are no formal entry requirements although candidates should have the ability to manage the requirements of the level of the qualification.
How Many Credits Are Required To Complete Them?
The Award requires 6 credits with 30 guided learning hours.
How Is The Qualification Assessed?
The course will be assessed by your tutor through written assignments and tasks set as the course is knowledge based.
Do You Need To Be Working To Take The Qualifications?
No you do not need to be working to undertake the course.
How Long Will It Take To Complete?
It will take approximately 3 months to complete this course.
What Qualifications Can You Progress To?
Progression to other qualifications at the same Level and upgrade the Award to the Full Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management by undertaking an additional two units. Progression also on to the next level with Level 4 and Level 5.
What Type Of Job Roles Can You Apply For On Completion?
On completion of this qualification it can provide progression on to management and higher management positions.
